Your information

Website enquiry privacy notice.

How we use the details you send when you ask us about equipment, parts or support.

Who we are

Spray Foam Equipment UK Ltd is responsible for the personal information you send through our enquiry form or in an enquiry email. You can contact us at Enquiries@sprayfoamequipment.com or Bold House, 29 Bold Street, Sheffield, S9 2LR, United Kingdom.

What we collect and why

Our form asks for your name, email address and message. You may also provide a company name and phone number. If you email us directly, we receive the details you include in your message.

We use these details only to reply, discuss your requirements, prepare a quotation and follow up on it. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list. Your name, email address and message are needed for us to respond; the company and phone fields are optional.

Where you request a quotation for yourself, our lawful basis is taking steps you request before a possible contract. For general enquiries and enquiries made on behalf of a business, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering your question and providing the information you requested.

Who handles your details

We do not pass your personal details to GAMA or other equipment suppliers. Our website is hosted by Vercel, and the form sends your message through Resend to our Google Workspace mailbox. These service providers process the information needed to deliver and store your enquiry on our behalf.

Some processing may take place outside the UK. Where applicable, international data-transfer safeguards are used. Contact us if you would like more information about these safeguards.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry does not lead to an order, we delete the enquiry, our replies and related quotation within 12 months of our last contact, or sooner if they are no longer needed. If it leads to an order, necessary transaction records may be kept separately for as long as needed for business and legal obligations.

Your rights

You can contact us to ask for access to your information, correction or deletion, or to restrict its use. You may also have the right to receive a portable copy of information you provided. These rights depend on the circumstances.

You can object at any time to our use of your information where we rely on legitimate interests.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, please contact us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
