Probler and Probler P2 Guns
All GlasCraft dispensing systems include our exclusive air purge, direct impingement mix, Probler or Probler P2 Guns. The new Probler P2 continues the tradition, with features including our patent pending two piece mixing chamber and patented double piston design which assures trouble free operation. The Probler P2 is ergonomically designed and is the smallest and lightest gun in the industry. The Probler has been the industry standard since it was patented in 1974.

Heater
The Mini lll is equipped with high volume, high temperature heaters delivering a total of 6000 watts of primary heat reaching set temperatures quickly and accurately. Each heater is independently controlled allowing you to run different Iso and Poly temperatures for the material or application. To ensure safe operation, each heater is engineered with two over-temperature sensors.

Economical & Easy to Use
This medium capacity polyurethane spray dispenser offers the ultimate in control, performance and reliability. Designed with a user friendly control panel, exclusive Probler spray gun and a rugged, reliable proportioner, the Mini lll is the ultimate solution for in-plant service or contractor applications.

Accurate Automatic Heated Hoses
Manufactured with a thermocouple in the hose, the Mini lll delivers real time material temperature to the controller. Utilizing a 70 volt variable transformer and a 15 amp circuit, maximum power is supplied to the hose allowing an accurate and consistent material temperature that is maintained up to 310 feet / 95 m of hose length.

High Volume Proportioner
The Mini lll is designed with a special wiper / seal housing that lubricates and cleans the piston rods preventing material build up, contamination and subsequent premature seal wear. In addition, each fluid section has an overpressure sensor that will stop the machine ensuring a successful material application.
