Our spray on coatings are all in either 100% solids or Solvent-based systems. If application equipment is required we also carry Plural and Single component spray equipment from Graco and Glas-Craft complete with training and unmatched technical support.

Our Polyethylene Plastics line, more commonly know as our "Ultra Slide" brand is equally diverse with H.M.W. and U.H.M.W. used for - Abrasion, Impact, Corrosion, "Ultra" Load Release and High Temperature spray on applications.

Spray On Bedliners ORPC OR-65HT Truck Lining System

OR-65HT is a 100% solids spray on bedliner urethane elastomer specifically formulated for high temperature applications while providing excellent abrasion resistance, load release and insulating value. Applied by pouring in place or as spray on bedliners by spraying on blasted and primed truck bodies OR-65HT will provide a seamless, bonded (in-place) liner capable of many years of hard service. The OR-65HT lining system provides the versatility to achieve faster return on your trucking investment.

OR-65HT

Two component, MDI ether based protective coating systems with a Shore Hardness of 95A designed specifically for applications requiring high temperature resistance. Applications include truck bodies, asphalt handling etc.

Floor sprayed to 12mm (.500") thickness, beavertail to 20mm (0.750")
Hauling fill, dirt and clay up to 12"

Unimin silica truck floor sprayed with ORPC 65HT gray
Handles up to 12" silica
Floor is 6mm (.250") to 12mm (.500") in thickness, front to back
